In Ham, Van der Valk is currently building a hotel that is set to become the largest in Limburg. Once completed in mid-2025, the hotel will be able to boast 186 rooms and 19 meeting rooms.
The first Van der Valk hotel in Limburg will be the meeting point par excellence. With more than a hundred hotels in the Benelux countries, the hotel chain has obviously gathered more than enough know-how in that area.
Nick Wohrmann, purchasing director Van der Valk: "The wide range of facilities is unrivalled in the region. The restaurant will seat 350 guests, the parking facilities go up to 300 cars and we foresee an underground car park for 90 vehicles. The 48 Tesla 'superchargers' will also offer undeniable added value."
"Our hotel creates jobs for 75 people. That way, we also contribute to the local economy and the 40 million euros of investment is money well spent."
