RoomRaccoon strengthens position in Benelux market with acquisition of Lobbi PMS

The acquisition increases RoomRaccoon's client base by +300 accommodation units in the Benelux.

RoomRaccoon, the leading cloud-based hotel management software for independent hotels, today announced the acquisition of Lobbi PMS, a Belgium-based software provider for small to medium-sized hotels.

This strategic partnership will strengthen RoomRaccoon's presence by expanding its user base in the Benelux and beyond to more than 300 properties. Existing Lobbi hoteliers will benefit from a comprehensive range of solutions tailored to the needs of their accommodation and an enhanced level of support to ensure their operations run smoothly at all times.

Lobbi's team and existing headquarters in Ghent, Belgium, will be incorporated into RoomRaccoon's ecosystem as part of the acquisition. Lobbi's founders, David De Windt and Philippe Mangé, along with CTO Geoffrey De Muer, will remain on board to ensure a seamless transition for their customers.

This is the second acquisition completed by the internal mergers and acquisitions department of the bootstrapped start-up, following the successful Acquisition of Ireland-based PMS, iHotelligence, in December 2023.
