Flux+ Flat: new balance ventilation unit from Renson

Flux+ Flat: new balanced ventilation unit from Renson

With the Flux+ Flat, Renson launches the first in a new range of compact, connected and demand-controlled balanced ventilation units, suitable for both new builds and thorough renovations. With this, the ventilation specialist draws its expertise in C+-systems (Healthbox 3.0) further into D-ventilation with heat recovery. This results in a high-performance overall range that excels in energy efficiency, ease of installation, flexibility and time savings.

Smart, compact and high-performance balanced ventilation
The Renson Flux+ Flat is the only balanced ventilation unit on the market that adjusts its ventilation level based on central CO2-detection. Combined with the heat recovery (which provides a thermal efficiency of up to 91%) and low power, this results in a highly energy-efficient, quiet and fully automatic ventilation system for your customers. Through the Renson Ventilation app, they will get insight into the indoor air quality, they can adjust the ventilation system as they wish and they will be notified when filters need replacing. A matter of completely relieving them of all their worries.

Flux+ Flat gives you the lowest E-level in its class at a residual pressure of 200 Pa. For even better indoor air quality and even lower E-level, it is also expandable with Renson Sense room sensors. The unit is available in versions with a nominal flow rate of up to 370 m²/h (for larger flats and smaller houses), 275 m³/h or 225 m³/h (for smaller flats), each packaged in the same housing measuring just 118 x 74.5 x 30 cm, which fits into even the most compact (technical) spaces, whether against the ceiling or the wall. Optionally, the Flux+ Flat is available as an ERV unit (Energy Recovery Ventilation, where not only heat but also moisture is partially recovered to avoid too dry indoor air) instead of the classic HRV unit (Heat Recovery ventilation).

Ease of installation first
Flux+ Flat was designed with quick and smooth installation in mind. And that starts with the packaging. It is printed with a drilling template that saves time when positioning the unit and marking out the drill holes. For wall mounting (horizontal or vertical), use the brackets provided. Even mounting against the ceiling can now be done perfectly by yourself thanks to the 2 extra brackets supplied for the Quick-Fix suspension system and the fact that the compact unit weighs only 25 kg. This Quick-Fix mounting is also useful for later service or maintenance interventions. The built-in plenum provides a double opportunity per connection point to connect supply or return pipes as efficiently as possible.

Moreover, Renson facilitates the installation and commissioning of the Flux+ Flat with the same unique digital tools as the Healthbox 3.0. For example, you can create each project in advance from behind your laptop, assign it to an employee and 'pre-configure' it with flow rates and zones via the digital My-Lio management platform. That already saves you time on site. There, the Renson Ventilation Set-up app guides you step by step through the installation, commissioning and adjustment of the ventilation system. With regard to the latter, a unique procedure helps you in no time to perfectly adjust the flow rates of the Aeroo valves. Further monitoring of the site is again done from behind your desk via the My-Lio management platform. This way, you can easily save and send the installation report digitally. No more time-consuming paperwork. Moreover, with a connected Flux+ Flat ventilation unit, you are immediately ready for the future. Your customer can operate the unit remotely, the software is updated automatically and soon you will also be able to support your customers with remote service.

The result? Up to 50% savings in total preparation, installation, adjustment and follow-up time for those who approach each project this way.

Renson solar screens for any budget

Earlier this year, Renson launched the Fixscreen Go, an entry-level model of their wind-resistant vertical screen, to provide even more customers with a pleasant indoor climate, with Renson quality. At the same time, the Solar range - fabric sun protection with solar control - was also further expanded. Both innovations now come together in the brand new Fixscreen Go Solar, available from September.

When developing the Fixscreen Go, Renson returned to the essence of its windproof fabric awnings. The vertical screen is more limited in choice, but does not sacrifice quality. You choose from a collection of basic colours, two motor types and get Sergé glass fibre cloth as standard. Other colours, cloths or motors are possible at an allowance. With maximum dimensions of 3 metres wide and 2.5 metres high, the Fixscreen Go covers the most common window types. Even without the well-known Connect&Go technology, the fabric roll is simply clicked into the fabric box without any screws. This is what the new Click&Safe technology stands for.

With the brand new Solar variant, the Fixscreen Go is now also available with a solar-powered control. This means you don't need an electricity connection and you don't even have to be indoors for installation. This saves time, dust and breaking work, another asset for the renovation market. Renson previously launched the Fixscreen Solar, Fixscreen Minimal Solar and recently the Topfix Solar, a solar-powered screen for every window type. This range is now even more complete with the Fixscreen Go Solar.

Creative cladding, without limits

A unique facade puts the crown on your project. With Linarte by Renson, you choose limitless creativity. The aluminium cladding system based on individual, vertical profiles is distinguished by a wide range of personalisation options and a strong focus on seamless integration, for a unique, timeless and elegant façade appearance.

A random pattern or a fixed rhythm, a sober colour palette or playful accents, a house number or logo in the facade: with Linarte, it's all possible. The different profiles - Block (in three variants: 16, 16L & 25), Even and Cone - can be freely combined, with or without various colours. Linarte even has 2 'Wood Design' variants in 'Coriander Oak' or 'Toffee Oak', which combines the charm of real wood with the practical strengths of aluminium. By also playing with the wood or leather inserts, you can make each facade even more personal.

Optimum integration of each facade element
Special modules make the almost seamless integration of technology into a Linarte façade child's play. Just think of a socket, outdoor tap or videophone. Linarte's half-open profiles also allow the cladding to run uniformly yet transparently in front of windows. For (interior and exterior) corners and window panelling, the range includes all the necessary components. The door handle profile makes cladding external doors simple and you can even pull the cladding over sectional or overhead doors without any problems. Or how about a matching garden fence? All these applications contribute to a harmonious external appearance with architectural added value and a clean finish.

Aero Infinity: built-in slatted roof up to 13.25 m

A slat roof that integrates perfectly into any construction and blends seamlessly into the architecture opens up a world of creative freedom. With Aero add stylish outdoor comfort to any project. The made-to-measure retractable roof structure with tilting slats is now also available in an 'Infinity' version up to as much as 13.25 by 4.5 metres. The chain of tilting roof slats thereby continues uninterrupted along that entire length, without intermediate beams. This also makes Aero ideal for large-span residential and commercial projects, where the slat roof is part of the design itself. So the new Aero Infinity has certainly not stolen its name.

Sheltered outdoor living integrated into architecture
So with the new Aero Infinity, you can see it even bigger than before with an integrated slatted roof. With its thorough design, you can be sure of an aesthetically flawless result and impressive execution. The water drainage, all fixings and wiring are invisibly concealed in the Renson Aero slat roofs. With LEDs in the slats or on the sides of the built-in roof, you can create extra atmosphere at night.

Personalise as you wish
In terms of colours, the possibilities are endless, in textured, gloss or matt lacquer. Moreover, the roof slats can also be finished in 'wood design' (natural oak, walnut or white oak).

Practical accessories are also available, such as up/down LEDs, a heating element in a fixed roof slat, a Heat & Sound Beam (which combines heating and audio) and a rain sensor, for automatic weather-dependent operation of the roof slats.

Moreover, for those who want to be able to slide open the tilting slats of their built-in slatted roof, there is also the Aero Skye. That flexibility allows you to respond optimally to weather conditions at any time. Closed slats when it rains, free view of the sky with a fully open roof and all positions in between to obtain the desired amount of sun or shade. Aero Skye is available in custom sizes with maximum dimensions of 6.2 x 4.5 m.
