Delabie links effectiveness to beauty

What is the first thing you do when you (finally) enter your hotel room? Right, you do a tour to see how the beds are positioned, whether there is a sofa and a desk, and what the bathroom looks like. A mirror to admire yourself in before getting started or before exploring the region as a tourist. What lurks behind the mirror?

A Delabie mirror cabinet excels in terms of hand-washing functionality because four essential functions, namely mirror, soap, water and air, come together. Moreover, the sensors take the hygiene aspect to a higher level because manual contact is really not necessary. Svea Wagemans of Delabie: "And like all other Delabie accessories, the mirror cabinets are also vandal-proof, which is especially handy when they are used in high-traffic areas."

For architects, interior designers, joiners and installers who customise their furniture to suit the dimensions of the project in question, Delabie's internal modules come in handy. "These are intelligent and flexible modules for installation behind the mirror," explains Wagemans. "Module one is one with soap, water and hand dryer, module two with soap and hand dryer and module three only with soap. They are compact and therefore also easy and quick to install in their own cabinet, behind their mirror."

Handsome duo

No mirror cabinet without a sink, of course. The design of the four-in-one mirror cabinets combines nicely with the extensive range of washbasins. Wagemans: "Take the wall-mounted Aqueduto washbasin, for instance. This is naturally made of bacteriostatic material to maintain hygiene. The version with a stainless steel finish has a matt polished surface, while the version in matt black is obtained by applying a Teflon coating to the washbasin. This coating resists scratches and chemical products so that the timeless black is beautifully preserved. Basin and mirror cabinet thus form an aesthetic whole with a strong functional character on top."
