In 2019, Sebastien Decnoop, Sebastian Bednarz and Rudy De Vos founded Eastbridge with a stated mission: to offer technical expertise and professional support in the field of dishwashing technology. "We deliberately chose one specialisation because we want to guarantee the best service for our customers. This does not stop with the sale of a machine or product," explains managing director Sebastien. "Thanks to our in-depth technical knowledge, we go the extra mile and advise customers on the correct use of the machines, the necessary accessories and assist them with regular maintenance and quick interventions."

Eastbridge's expertise is not limited to knowing a particular dishwasher and its functionalities inside out. The company proactively looks for solutions that increase efficiency in the kitchen. One example is the use of osmosis. "This water treatment is a must for your glasses. After applying osmosis, the water is free of all minerals, leaving no residue on your dishes. You can take the glasses right out of the dishwasher and hang them up. No need to dry them."

Maintenance and support in one contract

At Eastbridge, you not only count on thoughtful advice when choosing a suitable dishwasher for your kitchen, but also rely on solid technical support at the same time. In fact, the company offers a contract that combines maintenance and support. "When your appliance breaks down in full activity, you need a partner who will respond immediately and help you move on as quickly as possible. Clean dishes are a crucial part of your shift. So the dishwashing machine must remain operational to the maximum," Sebastien continues. "In case of a breakdown, your contact person can be reached directly. In fact, this technical specialist is your permanent point of contact from purchase to maintenance and is therefore familiar with your business. We always try to rectify the fault by phone first, because sometimes only a few manipulations are needed to get the machine up and running again. If this fails, we will send a technician to you the same day."

Customised advice

In four years, Eastbridge has built up a broad customer base, from the better chip shop to the star restaurant, including hotels, such as the Yalo hotel in Ghent. Sebastien: "We want to develop the hotel business in full, because we find that our all-in-one approach is also catching on with hotel owners, kitchen managers and purchasing managers."

Although Eastbridge is betting on premium brands, the specialist also offers a basic range, for price-sensitive customers. "These dishwashers still score well in terms of quality, but have fewer high-tech features than the well-known brands. So clean dishes are still guaranteed and this way we respond perfectly to the specific needs of each catering establishment. In addition, we are also happy to work out a leasing contract or an instalment purchase, if required."
