The Hoxton brings innovative coworking to Brussels

In addition to London and Chicago, Brussels now has its own Working From_. This coworking concept by British hotel brand The Hoxton arose from the growing need for flexibility and comfort due to hybrid working. Since 1 September, you can find these high-quality workspaces in the Victoria Tower in the centre of the capital. Hotel guests and professionals enter a creative hub there, spread over four floors with a total of 580 desks.

In its coworking spaces Working From_, The Hoxton aims above all to offer a creative and inspiring workplace. This is also the case in the Victoria Tower - the former IBM building on Kruidtuin that has been completely renovated. The British hotel chain wants to encourage productivity and bring together a creative community there. It is accessible to hotel guests as well as external professionals via day passes or monthly subscriptions. Working From_ was created by the increasing hybrid working and the need for flexibility, comfort and a quality office space on a technological and ecological level. With this, it says goodbye to traditional office settings and welcomes open spaces, small and large meeting rooms, coworking spaces and rest areas for concentrated work with open arms.

With success, as the branches in Chicago and London are completely full. The hotel chain thus built up a strong know-how and expertise of what the workplace should look like for a lot of entrepreneurs, local residents and creative people. In addition, a lot of companies are also looking for less traditional rental formulas, which are more likely to be short-term. The Hoxton's cleverly designed spaces go hand in hand with the hospitality you are used to from the hotel chain. Members can work how they want, when they want and how they want in complete freedom.

The 580 desks in the coworking spaces are divided into four formulas: private studios (from 550 euro per month), open studios (375 euro per month), desk hop (250 euro per month) and side hustler (75 euro per month). The latter two are more like flex work spaces, where the first two accommodate fixed spots for teams, larger companies or for those who like to stick to a certain work routine. 

All rooms are equipped with modern comforts such as high-speed internet, printers, charging points, meeting rooms, a postal address for parcels, cleaning and quiet music. Moreover, you will enjoy the extras offered by The Hoxton, such as snacks, fruit, tea, coffee and milk, as well as the two Duvet Days per year where you book a free room at the hotel on two days of your choice. You also get discounts on rooms and restaurant visits at all The Hoxtons worldwide and a deadline hotline where members can book a hotel room for 45 euros when they are still working late. You can also join events, workshops and networking events organised by The Hoxton for free. Or how about the members-only café, where you order delicious barista coffees?

Across the four floors you will find ten reservable meeting rooms and on each floor there is a Library, where you can work quietly or find inspiration among the books, which you can also borrow. Networking or one-to-one conversations are possible in the cosy lounges with coffee corners. Those who want to make a quiet phone call or have an online meeting can isolate themselves in one of the 22 soundproof phone boxes. In the day beds, equipped with tablets, a side table and curtains, you can relax and take a break. You can also do that in the winter garden, only accessible to members, or in the wellness studio with showers, beauty products, towels and group classes.
